Eat lots of potatoes (which contain zinc), also nuts, but not processed nuts (Brazil nuts). Eat carrots, spinach, broccoli, cabbage, apples, bananas, oranges, avocado fruit, sprouts (when seasonally available). This has been the diet of the author for many years and the author has been eating an apple a day since childhood. I am still healthy, hardly ever contract a virus and I am in tip-top condition for my age. I rarely eat red meat, in fact for the last several years, I have not eaten any red meat of any description. I drink tap/faucet filtered water through a nanoparticle water filter jug. These nanoparticle filter jugs are NO cheap item to buy, but it is WELL WORTH the investment for around £100 sterling and these jugs can be bought on Amazon. The nanoparticle water filter jug filters out ALL chemicals, bacteria and residual prescription drugs that have leached back into the ancient water system. The nanofilter for these nanoparticle water filters are NOT cheap, but again – how much of a price do you place on your own health? Right! It is PRICELESS. I mean let’s face it, you don’t want to be consuming harmful chemicals such as chlorinated water and in some places, the water also contains fluoride, which is also harmful to health and can cause cancer.
You need to exercise on a daily basis, eat an APPLE every day – it is good for you, it is packed with vitamin C and contains quercetin that has been recently promoted as helping to speed up the recovery of folks who have the covid19 virus or any other kind of virus. Take the following vitamin supplements – Echinacea, Selenium ACE, vitamins A,B,C,D and E. Also take iron and zinc supplements. This protocol has been PROVEN to be extremely successful in maintaining a healthy immune system. It has been my health protocol for years.

Stay fully hydrated, you must drink at least 2 litres or 2 pints of filtered water per day. Drink plenty of HOT drinks and keep that temperature UP inside your mouth – viruses DON’T like it hot. Eat lots of soups to nourish your body – chicken soup, beef broth, oxtail and tomato soup. SLEEP is vitally important; it doesn’t matter if it is daytime or not – you MUST try to sleep, it is good for you – go to bed and stay there until you are feeling better. Vitamin supplements – take ECHINACEA for COLDS & FLU. If you are feeling really BAD, you can also take Anas Barbariae – holistic remedy – 9X soft tablets and you can get these from any holistic pharmacy or online. You can take both echinacea for colds and flu and also Anas Barbariae. If you take the Anas Barbaria, dispense 2 soft tablets straight from the stock bottle onto a clean teaspoon. (It is important that you DON’T handle the tablets with your hands. Place the spoon with the contents inside your mouth and allow the tablets to dissolve. Do this 3 times daily. It is IMPORTANT that you do not eat or drink anything within half an hour of taking the Anas Barbariae remedy. Once you start to feel better (it should be within 5 days) – STOP taking the Anas Barbariae and the Echinacea for colds and flu. Continue to keep on hydrating yourself.
